The process in detail 
The process itself is the same for every carpet. A classic woven carpet is made with the help of a weaving machine. First, the yarn spindles have to be clamped. The various warp threads later form a pile. Each thread represents a separate color. Accordingly, the number of threads corresponds to the colors that later appear in the carpet. The individual pattern details are accurately worked out by hand with a sharp knife. For this reason, the contours of the design are very vivid and a real eye-catcher.

The finished rug is then looped around the elongated sides to finish it off, and undergoes a final quality control check. This is how we ensure that every children's rug arrives at your door in perfection. Handwork is once again required for finishing. Overhanging pile threads are neatly cut off, edges are tightened and sewn once again. In short:
